Inside a chest within the Ruined Battlefield Circular building near the dock crossing. There’s a hidden chest under some floor boards at the back of the circular building opposite the booty-trapped entrance. (X: -34, Y: -14)

It is a decent ring for Trickster Clerics using the Dark Justicar armour, or a Shadow Monk, or Gloomstalker Ranger.
