Bolstering Smite: When you apply a condition with one of your Smite spells, you gain temporary hit points equal to your Charisma Modifier.
Attackers can’t land Critical Hit on the wearer.
Location / Where to Find
Inside a chest that you can lockpick inside the Selunite Temple. The chest is located in a false wall on the east side of the temple. You can either discover the mechanism to unlock it, or climb stackable boxes, and have a strength character make the jump into the room from the floor below.
