Location / Where to Find

Inside the Emperor’s Old Hideout, which you can get as a sudden quest from the Emperor as you approach the Elfsong Taven in Act 3. You’ll find them in the wardrobe in the Hidden Room after you do the Githyanki fight in the Tavern’s cellar.
