To honor that woman’s long-held wish and say goodbye to the smiling face in her memories,
Honglan braved danger, risking her own life to gather relics and red mercury.
Yet deep down, she knew those feelings would never be returned.

Usage

Unfurl your wings and release seven blood-hued feathers that home in on enemies, inflicting Feathering damage. Can trigger Alacrity if you're attacked while casting.
