Bone Whistle
Description
A whistle made from polished Avian bones that possesses a trace amount of the Chisel’s power. Any Feathered that blows the whistle may summon an ally from across time and space, if destiny so wills it.

In certain boss fights, you will see HUD pop-up if you can use it. The status of the various NPC quest lines also factors in.
