The spear-like design resting against a neck represents the act of execution and ruthless judgment—teachings passed down to the Avians by the Primordial Deity. Effect: Striking relentlessly in quick succession further increases the power of your Lightning attacks.
Where to Find
Refugee Camp: From the shrine, take the right path after the tents, and go through the abandoned camp. Go down the slope onto the water. Go past the 
Wandering Birdman to the left of the building, and you’ll get ambushed by an Inner Demon. In the corner of the area by the demon is a small chest containing the Benediction.
