Shi - Rising Defense
Description
A piece of silver etched with the ancient character ‘石,’ a symbol of unwavering resolve and perseverance. The cliff and boulder-like design represents the concept of an immovable object—teachings passed down to the Avians by the Primordial Deity. Effect: Losing health increases your defenses.
Where to Find
Worship’s Rise - Lu’s Mansion: After arriving at 
Doomwillow Beach, take the pathway to the right that leads up the hill to a burned-down mansion. At the back of the area is a cave with a 
Jar Monster, which is where you’ll find the Benediction.
