Description

The head of a leech parasite that infested a refugee. A mutated leech, bloated from feeding on blood tainted with red mercury. Its grotesque mouth drips with poison and bile, and its toxic nature slowly infects the wearer. Yet, paradoxically, it offers protection against most other poisons and grants temporary immunity to Corruption. All things come at a price, but the burden depends on the wearer’s own nature.
