S2RV1C2-001 said that there is a problem with the Solar Towers cover and that an administrator needs to check it. Investigate the Solar Tower and check to see if anything can be done about the problem.

S2RV1C2-017, who was stuck under a pile of materials, has been extracted. Restart the Solar Tower now that the problem has been resolved.

Operated the control panel. Speak with S2RV1C2-001 to see if the problem has been fixed.
Synopsis
The Wasteland’s power supply was unstable and the camp was not functioning properly. 
Adam said the cause of the problem was the Solar Tower, and so they began to investigate the facility.
A Service Drone, S2RV1C2-001, was found at the Solar Tower. The drone, which lacked language skills, told them about the problems around the Solar Tower and requested their help to solve them. Though it was difficult to understand the drone, it was clear that the cause of the problem was the Solar Tower cover.
EVE investigated the Solar Tower and saved S2RV1C2-017, a drone tasked with the repair of the cover. The facility was then reactivated, resulting in a stable power supply. Now, the Service Drones at the tower can resume their jobs in silence, with no one to tell them otherwise.
