Enyas injury is beyond what Xions technology and equipment can handle. Talk to Lily at the Safehouse and find a way to help Enya.

Lily was opposed at first, but finally agreed to help Enya. Collect the necessary parts from the list.

Synopsis
The sound of a song with an unknown source. EVE was drawn to the melody and moved toward a closed, unlit pub. There she met 
Enya, the one who was singing the song. Even at first glance, Enya looked to be in poor condition. The only thing she was able to do was hum a song, as she had been doing.
Then, a Sentinel appeared from behind. His name was 
Su, and he was the one in charge of guarding the Memory Tower and the plaza. After a brief commotion, Su revealed why he had no choice but to react in such a way. There was nothing that could be done for Enya in Xion.
EVE mentioned she might be able to help. EVE asked 
Lily for advice and successfully collected the parts needed for the restoration from Xion’s market and the Wasteland.
With Lily’s help, Enya recovered, albeit incompletely. Although Enya wasn’t able to repay EVE directly, she offered all she had left: The song that she was singing beforehand. Enya thanked EVE and told her that she would sing for her.
