Used to activate a crane in a construction zone.
Information
As AI control was applied to all devices imaginable, security became something that existed anywhere humans could reach. Heavy machinery, industrial machinery, drones and droids were no exceptions. The card keys for heavy machinery were created to meet military specifications, but these cards were heavy and large in size, and you needed to possess more than one in order to gain authorization to start a single piece of equipment.

Use the generator on the ground floor of the building in the northwest corner of the Construction Zone to power the lift outside. Ride it to the top to find a crate containing the ID Card.

Found inside the Tetrastar Crate on the upper floor of the building at the back of the northern part of the Construction Zone, past the horse statue. Climb the ladder from the ground floor to reach it.
