To uncover the location of this snow globe, players must first obtain Maurice Lyon’s Journal. Obtaining the journal is a straightforward task. Journey to 
New Homestead, a civilian outpost located on Saturn’s moon Titan. You will find the journal resting on a shelf to the right of the staircase that leads to the colony’s museum.
Finding the Book/Snow Globe
Once you have Maurice Lyon’s Journal in your possession, it will reveal the location of the Hong Kong Commerce Center on Earth. As a result, you can easily locate the snow globe at the Commerce Center. It should be prominently positioned and hard to miss, directly in front of you when you arrive at the tower.
