Located on the ladder behind the cloth door.

• Adds 2 Slots to the Inventory

Grab the Hip Bag to upgrade your inventory by two spaces.

Found in a slightly hidden area. Climb/jump onto the roof of the Changing Room building, then head left and drop off. Keep going to find the Hip Bag next to the fence.

Shoot the vent in the room you access by shooting the rusted lock. Once inside, look for the air vent on the wall, that you can shoot to destroy it. This allows you to climb through it and enter a hidden room with a box that you can open for the Hip Bag.

You gain access to the Digging Man’s trailer after finding all of the Bells for the cable car.

On the upper walkway. Climb through the air vent in the room to the left, then run and jump to reach the right walkway.

Located next to the entrance through the Townhall building.

Fall down on the left side of the large hole on F1, then climb up when you grab onto the lower ledge. From there you can jump to the left to reach the Hip Bag.

After gaining access to the fourth floor, go to the stairwell to find this upgrade.
