Check the Patient's Vitals
When you first enter this room, you’ll need to help Dr. Glenn with some tests on the patient in this room. A lot of this information can be found on the computer in the same room (under Equipment usage). To complete the first part of this puzzle, do the following steps for each part of the puzzle: Interact with the Intercom on the wall to the left of the double doors (when facing them): - Blood Pressure: Choose the monitor with the Systolic - 70, Diastolic - 41 value. - Pulse: Choose the monitor with the 162 value. - SpO2%: Choose the monitor with the 80 value.

Obtain the Head and Chest X-Rays
You’ll need to take some X Rays next, so check your Pager for the code to the room, 7103. X-Rays Skull: Site - Skull, kV - 3, mA - 7, Time - 1 Chest Site - Chest, kV - 7, mA - 3, Time - 1.2 After both pictures are taken, grab it from the printer and place them on the X Ray Display Screen. Then check the prompts from Dr. Glenn. At this point, you’ll now need to explore the Medical Center for Tensobromide 11mg, Dextracyclate 2.5mg and Hydroxalene 3mg.

Locate the Tensobromide 11mg
Tensobromide 11mg can be found by exiting the Surgery and heading into the Pharmacy Store (Victoria Ward Ground Floor) and opening the First Aid Box.

Locate the Dextracyclate 2.5mg
Dextracyclate 2.5mg can be found in Bay 6 of the Chapman Ward First Floor, in the northeast corner.

Locate the Hydroxalene 3mg
Hydroxalene 3mg can be found inside a cabinet located in the Records Room of the Chapman Ward Ground Floor. Take these back to Surgery and you will now need to administer the correct dosage. Look at the whiteboard to see the weight (88kg), then look at the computer to see the dosage. - Tensobromide 11mg: 8 - Dextracyclate 2.5mg: 15 - Hydroxalene 3mg: 7
