Head to the Clinic and Find the Scales in Zoe's Office
To complete this Puzzle, you'll need to track down Zoe’s Lanyard, Prescription Dosage Error Note and the Broken Stethoscope and place them on the Scales. You'll already have the Lanyard from Zoe’s House, as it was required to get into the Clinic.

Collect the Scalpel
Before you can enter the Pharmacy you'll need to obtain the Scalpel which is found in a First Aid Box inside Zoe’s Office.

Find the Prescription Dosage Error Note
With the Scalpel in your possession, head over to the Pharmacy found on the eastern side of the map. Unlock the Reception Door with the combination 2896 and then unlock the Locker by inputting 6539 to acquire this document.

Track Down Jess's Back Door Key
Before you can enter Jess's House you'll need to locate the 21 Farrow Street - Back Door Key and this can be found by entering Apartment Block 16 and then entering Room 1/2 to find it on the Dining Table.

Acquire the Broken Stethoscope
Unlock the back door and head into the bedroom to find the Stethoscope inside a medical bag on the bed. Once you've acquired all three items head back to the Clinic and place the items in the following positions to complete the puzzle: - Left - Broken Stethoscope - Center - Prescription Dosage Error Note - Right - Zoe's Lanyard.
