Find the Blood Bags
The first objective is to find the correct blood bags for specific patients, place them on either wall, and activate the switch, but before you can go ahead and do that you'll need to track down the blood bags whereabouts.

Acquire Zoe's Patient List
To begin, you'll want to find Zoe's Patient List as this will place the Blood Bag locations on your map. It can be acquired by heading into the open room near the eastern locked door and crawling through the vent.

Find Alan Duncan's Blood Bag
Before you leave the room where you found Zoe's Patient List, pick up Alan Duncan's Blood Bag that's located next to the nearby bed.

Find Sarah Watson Blood Bag
Use Alan Duncan's Blood Bag and unlock the western door which leads into Ward S and make your way over into Room 05 (Southwest Corner) and collect the bag from the bed.

Obtain Ward W Master Key
Head downstairs into Ward W and enter the southernmost room (O4) and pick up the key from the desk inside.

Find Lesley Greer Blood Bag
With the key in your possession, unlock the door to Room 13 (Ward W) and climb the ladder up into Room 13 (Ward S) and walk through the hole into Room 12 to find the Blood Bag next to the bed.

Find George McEwan Blood Ba
Use Lesley Greer Blood Bag on the eastern locked door which leads to Ward D and then head down the stairs to Ward P. From here, enter Room 07 (Ward P) and drop down into the hole to reach Room 10 (Ward P) to find the Blood Bag next to the bed. Additionally, the Ward P Master Key will also be added to your inventory.

Find Matthew Clark Blood Bag
Head up to Room 08 (Ward P) and unlock the door with the recently acquired Ward P Master Key to find the Blood Bag inside the elevator.

Funnel the Blood into the Center of the Spiral Door
Return to the Blood Infusion Machine place the Blood Bags in the following positions: - George McEwan Blood Bag: The only spot on the right wall. - Matthew Clark Blood Bag: The spot nearest to the door on the left wall. - Sarah Watson Blood Bag: The spot farthest from the door on the left wall. Once this is done, hit the Transfuse button. This will grant you access to one final puzzle behind it. The objective with the Spiral Door is to get the correct blood from specific people into Simon’s in the center and this can be done by rotating the circle so that H.M, T.F and S.W are linked to the center.
