Find Vlas
From the Outskirts of Mammon Beacon, head down the slope to the south, and then head west across the bridge toward the traversal gate. Near the gate, you can head south and go across a bridge. Vlas will be up the hill in front of you. Speak to him and exhaust his dialogue before searching around the attack site for information. Rest at a Beacon, return to Vlas, and exhaust his dialogue once more. He will tell you that he'll move on.

Vlas at Lonesome Spire
Teleport to the Gates of Mammon Beacon and make your way to the very top of the spire. At the top, you'll find Vlas locked in a cage. Exhaust his dialogue and search around the camp for more information.

Finding the Key
The Key is relatively nearby. Head around the top of the spire to find an archway in the north. Go through the archway to find a hut in the corner. Break the doorway that has been barriaced shut and pick up the Unremarkable Key. Return to Vlas and repeatedly give him the Key until he accepts it. Rest at the Beacon once more and search the area where he was caged to find him gone.

Go back to the first location you found him and examine the tattered page in the burnt-out campfire.

Marrow Keep
Teleport to the Marrow Keep Beacon and head south. To your right, you'll find Vlas and Mutton. Exhaust his dialogue for your...reward.
