Hand Gorf a Weltcap
To the northeast of the Widow's Overlook Beacon is a friendly from called Gorf. Exhaust his dialogue and hand him a Weltcap for a Marsh Pearl.

Obtaining the Dagger
Rest at the Beacon and speak to him five more times (resting between each time) to get the Poisoned Dagger.

Give Poisoned Dagger to Hilga
Speak to Hilga in Mushroom Village (southeast of the Beacon) and hand over the Dagger to her.

Rest at the Beacon
Return to the Beacon, rest, and return to Hilga to find her gone.

Read the Note
On the table where Hilga was standing is a note. Read it and return to Gorf.

Find Hilga
Hilga will now be next to Gorf. Listen to her dialogue and then speak to Gorf before handing over the Common Moonshine to him.

Rest at the Beacon
Rest at the Beacon and return to Gorf and Hilga to find a change in Hilga's appearance. Rest once more and check out the area for some babies!
