Rathian

Description

This Flying Wyvern earns its title of “Queen of the Land” by using
its powerful legs to hunt primarily on the ground. Any challenges
to her reign will be swiftly put down by the poison-laden tail.

Protective poison spikes protrude from this monster’s body.
While its chin spike might look equally threatening, it is
actually used to deliver chewed food while nursing juveniles.

Before becoming endangered, records show that Rathian would raise
young with a mate. Even now, they mercilessly assail any threat
to their eggs, suggesting they retain some vestige of this habit.
