Gotta climb up from the Half Way Home in Greymoor to get to Sinners. My bad for not saying it properly. The key is in the top right of sinners, which is about in line with the lake area i previously mentioned. My bad since i didn't update my map in time for writing this.

Basically go to Sinner's from the Half Way Home and climb up when you can get the wall cling to get to Sinner's. You then basically go to the top right of Sinner's roughly located in-line to the left of Craw Lake in Greymoor as I originally put. Sorry for the confusion.
