Accept this wish from the wish board in Bellhart. The conditions for unlocking it have not been 100% confirmed, but you must have met Gilly at least once. For us, the wish appeared on the board after defeating 
Skarrsinger Karmelita in Act 3, and having met Gilly in three locations, but your mileage may vary.
We recommend tracking down Gilly in her other locations (if you haven’t already), then if it still hasn’t spawned, continue fulfilling any other wishes you have available to you. Some players have reported this wish as being the very last one to appear.
