Our Eminus Shroud is immense. How it even stands upright is unknown to me. Our calculations must not have been in vain. But perhaps it is truly Sethyris’ hand that promptly guided our machinations. The device latches and twirls around the Sphere. It is indeed most impressive. So much effort. Many have died or disappeared in its making. I pray for them all, and I thank them.

Jish and Hoz have been atop the last walkway for the past days. Even if they shout, we cannot hear them from below, such is the soaring height of our invention. They are effecting some final adjustments with the Artesian Auric palettes. The time draws anxiously close. It has been so many years. So many failures and successes, but here we are. Will it work?
