My dearest Marina,

We trampled through Senedra Forest with the fury of King Aster. Pals never stood a chance; they died like dogs. I must have taken out at least a dozen, scrambling around like termites when the shells dropped. It was glorious!

We found three Pal brothers cowering in a farmhouse. Pissed their pants as we took ’em out back. One of them was wearing a gold watch, can you believe my luck? Sending it to you with this letter. Sell it, and buy yourself something nice.

I swear I’ll return to you, sweet Marina. Once we’ve killed every last one of them.
