Find a locked chest by a ruined wall near the snake head statue in Vyssa Hills.
How to Complete
Find the note, Exodus, along with the 
Key - Barrel inside the tower building among the ruins above the APC. Climb the tower, then drop into it. Return to the chest with the key.
