How to Start
Go to the locked OMSIF camp northeast of Jova. You will not be able to enter the camp until later in the story.
How to Complete
Progress the main story until you learn to check under the seat in the OMSIF APC for the 
APC Code Sheet. It contains a code to unlock the gate.
