Description
In Final Fantasy XV, there is a side quest called “Crazy about 
Cactuars” that involves purchasing a 
Cactuar Statuette from the 
Wiz Chocobo Post for 500 Gil. Once you have the statuette, bring it along with any other Cactuar figures to Talcot to complete the quest.
