Synth Relay Grenade
Location
After completing the story, they can be purchased from the Synth Requisition Officer at 
The Institute. Several can also be found inside The Institute, and they are often held by Coursers.
Legendary Effect
Instantly spawns a Synth to aid the player in combat. If the player is not allied with the institute, the Synth is hostile.
