• 1 Nuka-Cola Wild
• 1 Nuka-Cola
• 1 Nuka-Cherry
• 1 Nuka-Cola Quantum

The Nuka-Cide can then be transformed into this ice-cold variant by putting it in the inventory of Buddy, a robot found in the Hotel Rexford.
