In-Game Description

The Butcher of Cerrigar, !Garbhan Ennai is a giant, axe-wielding hunter who has the Vampiric status. He is fast and deals a large amount of damage. When he is down to 50% health, he will turn into a giant werewolf and additionally gain the Terrifying modifier. He will drop the Manhunter’s Breeches, Unique Rare pants for Druid.
