Description
A step up from the 
Wutai Sergeant, the Wutai Staff Sergeant fills a similar role to the aforementioned lesser sergeants: they wear snazzy oranage outfits and can often be found in the company of their subordinates, Wutai Trooper Jia enemies. Unlike Wutai 
Sergeants, Wutai Staff Sergeants will actually use their guns. They can be encountered in Missions 4-1-3, 4-1-4 and 4-3-1.
