Wutai Soldier Jia
Description
An unremarkable albeit competent Wutai grunt, you’ll encounter them in Missions 4-1-3, 4-1-4 and 4-3-1, where they act as successors to the 
Wutai Privates encountered in earlier fights. They are often accompanied by 
Wutai Staff Sergeants, and while not strong compared to later variants, their damage output is significantly improved over Wutai Privates. They share the same attacks as their predecessors, a bayonet slash and a rifle burst.
