Inside the Urban Fresh store.

Down the street to the northeast of the Oldest House, in the “Urban Fresh” shop.

Found where you fought “The Artist” boss.

Defeat the enemies to access a room inside the building that houses this Power Upgrade.

In an alley southwest of the Oldest House, near the vendor.

Requires solving the Binary laundrette to access this.

Located in the back of the locked room in the Testing Facility.

Opens after completing the testing facility quest by juggling the power so no container is overloaded.

Next to the Vendor.

Along the left pathway at the furnace area near the tent at the end of that route.

Requires opening the locked door via powering it from the Power Cores to the south, then connecting via the access points to the east and west of factory wall.

Behind a sealed door. Charge a nearby Power Core Station to open it.

Resource crate inside the level 2 room.

Complete the Main Story quest to get level 2 access keycard during the evacuation zone storyline.

Located next to the doorway after climbing the scaffolding to the top.

You’ll find this Large Resource Crate as you use Shift to escape the parking garage incursion pit after clearing “The Incursion Fault”.

Found in a chest right next to the vendor.

Underneath the secret cafe.

Located directly behind the Vendor.

Can access the Subway area via the Subway side Mission, started from the Evacuation Zone, as part of the Search for Jesse side plot.

In an underground subway tunnel, through two doors.

In the Urban Fresh mart’s secret lower chambers. Solve the puzzle upstairs to get in.

You’ll find this upgrade-containing crate in the House of Mirrors.

Inside the Empire Avenue Station.

Located in the Laundromat Path to the Sinkhole during the main quest: Recursions and Iterations. The chest is in the corner of the room, next to the metal detector.

Drop into the hole below the Sinkhole Fast Travel door to find the chest in the corner.

Inside the hidden subway area during Power Lines. Requires breaking the power attracted mould to enter.

Located on the ground floor next to the Vendor.

From the locked double doors near the Orientation Point, jump over to the eastern island. Now jump to the adjacent island, where you’ll find a chest. As you approach it, it moves!

Follow it and it’ll roughly lead to where the second Astral Key is. The chest is across the gap just before that.

On top of the parking lot, which you can glide across by Reaching for the building top to the west of this building.

Complete the “Unsupervised Science” puzzle to unlock the room this is in.

On the edge of an enemy-ridden platform floating apart from the rest of Downtown. You’ll have to do some platforming to reach it.

A health upgrade crate just chillin’ out on a roof near the Oldest House.

Inside the building on the left side of the room.

Inside the secret hideout underneath the cafe.

Located on the platform where the Cable Car is.

Inside the blocked off East Supply Route from the Park Side. Accessed via lowering the powered ramp near the Mini Mart and checkpoint.

Accessed via the Resonant track after opening the locked door.

It can appear on the map here if you reach zone level 5 before opening it. Otherwise the chest itself is in a no map zone.
