Sepermeru
Description
The capital city of the Relic hunters. This place hosts several story related NPCs, like Conan and Razma of Sham. You can also find many neutral citizens here, along with a secret dungeon entrance called the 
Wine Cellar. It also has the most dense amount of Traders on the map.
