Description
This orb… I know I saw a great door somewhere missing something of this shape and size.… Perhaps in the 
Citadel of Tharas-Münda?

In a chest on a balcony above the throne room. Squeeze through the gap in the tree root on the roof, then climb down the rope to find it.
To reach the roof you must descend the spiral staircase in the northwest tower all the way to the bottom, then cross the walkway heading south. At the end of the walkway, take the stairs on the right before the lever-operated door ahead.
Unlock the door in the room below with a 
Blood Key, then head up the stairs in the banquet hall to find the door leading to the roof.
The main /rear stairs leading up both sides end at a door that can't be opened or go outside to to roof area. This is the only path needed.. perhaps I already unlocked the blood key door, but there is a door below I was unable to unlock yet, directions were less than clear and I found this stair w.o doing much of that (afaik)
