Fragments of dead souls are imprisoned in the steel. Angry, powerful, hopeful, or scared - all of them rose up against their illithid masters, and all of them fell to this blade. Now, they are trapped forever, forced to aid their oppressors.

Location / Where to Find

Found inside the Necrotic Laboratory, which is part of the Oubliette area in the final stages of Act 2 after you have done the battle at the top of the tower.

Crowning Strike: Weapon action that has a chance to cause Crown of Madness on the target.
